About SwitchTo HQ

SwitchTo HQ is an independent guide site about moving from one app or online service to another. Switching tools is usually less about choosing the new one and more about getting your data across intact, so that is what we focus on.

What we publish

• Step-by-step migration guides: what to export from the old app, how to import it into the new one, and what you will need to redo by hand.
• The limits of each importer, taken from the vendors' own documentation.
• Checklists for planning a switch so nothing important gets left behind.

What we don't do

• We don't take payment to include, rank or recommend any product.
• We don't sell software, run a directory of paid listings or collect your email address.
• We don't publish made-up statistics, testimonials or personal stories.

Who runs the site

SwitchTo HQ is part of DYOR Collective Labs, a small group of independent websites run from the UK. There is no large editorial team behind it. Articles are drafted with the help of AI writing tools and then checked against the vendors' own documentation and pricing pages before they are published, as described in our editorial policy.

The site is funded by advertising served by Google. Advertisers have no say over what we write. See our disclaimer for how we handle affiliate links, and the contact page to get in touch or report a mistake.
